Title: Mama's Tomato & Apple Jam

Yield: 2 Pints

1 Lemon, chopped
1ptTomatoes, fresj or canned
2cDiced apples
3cSugar

Cook lemon until tender in a small amount of water. Add remaining ingredients and boil mixture until thick and clear. Cool slightly, pour into sterile jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints.
